1. Copyright

The design, the structure and the content of this website are a subject of copyright and the exclusive rights belongs to the ownerships “Proclima solution” Ltd. and “Noavis” Ltd.

USERS can print individual pages and/or parts, images (logos, pictures), graphics from the website, but are not allowed to remove copyright signs, marks or logos. The source of information “Proclima solution” Ltd.`s web site must be always included.

USERS are prohibited from modifying, copying, publishing, selling or licensing any part or the whole content of the site and use it for any public or commercial purposes except to for promoting the products of “Proclima solution” Ltd.

The WEB SITE may also contain materials, designations or marks that might be in possession of other companies, organizations and associations, which are protected by Copyright procedure and Marks and Geographical Indications procedure.

The WEB SITE content could be used, copied and distributed only under the following conditions:

SUPPLIER does not take any responsibilities, if the USER has not read and is not introduced current terms.

SUPPLIER preserves the right to alter, delete and edit the General Conditions at any time and the appropriate changes will be published at this web address.
